Often we’ll read a news story, then miss the results. The Herald’s retention team saw that, and came up with an idea that both educated subscribers and kept them for longer. The Impact Report is a yearly update about the cultural changes that the Herald’s journalism brings about. In 2021 it was a microsite and promotional campaign produced by BMF, a fantastic journo and myself. The work you see below were my contributions.
